this should be placed after mugshot in the top level index because it was created afterwards, so the top level index faithfully represents the linear flow of creation. but is not under the current scheme as of jasbrg/.emacs.d@bc7afc3

well, i squashed my git history so these references won't make sense to the public, but it seems to have been fixed.
